Which conversions can I perform?
Create ZIP archives from any files, compress one file to GZIP, extract one GZIP file, or convert GZIP to ZIP. ZIP creation uses STORE mode: it bundles files without compression. GZIP compresses the actual file contents. RAR, 7Z, ZIP extraction and document/media format conversion are not supported.
Can I process 900 MiB on my phone?
900 MiB (943,718,400 bytes) is the total input limit; extracted output is also limited to 900 MiB. This is not a performance guarantee. For large files, use a desktop browser. Where available, direct-to-disk saving is used; other browsers buffer generated output and may run out of memory. GZIP-to-ZIP conversion buffers extracted contents. Processing speed and maximum practical size depend on your device.
Privacy & limits
No file uploads, analytics or tracking cookies are used. Ordinary website access logs may include your IP address. Up to 1,000 input files can be bundled into ZIP. GZIP operations need browser support for CompressionStream or DecompressionStream. GZIP extraction restores bytes; an original filename cannot always be recovered.
